WHAT DOES THE PRODUCTION LOOK LIKE?

We produce for you on SHIMA SEIKI flat knitting machines with 3, 5, 7, 12 GG (gauge) threads, which are considered to be the most precise in the world. The width of the stitches allows to produce practically any thickness of knitted fabric with many structures, e.g.: left-right, two-right, plaits, jacquards, intarsia, structural weaves.

In the processing/finishing process we use the methods of softening the knitted fabric in the washing process and stabilisation in the steaming process.

Stage of elements joining – sewing room – equipped with sewing machines:

lockstitch machines, overlocks, joining machines, grafting machines, buttoning machines, rending machines.

We produce models made of yarns such as: wool, merino wool, cashmere, alpaca, mohair, cotton, viscose, polyester, polyamide, acrylic and their blends. We create so called fully-fashioned models, which means that the knitter makes each element in the final shape on the machine, so there is no need to cut it later (limit of production waste).
