Step by step: How to commission sweater production

This question comes up so often that we’ve decided to prepare a brief guide. Whether you are an experienced buyer, designer, technologist, or have no such experience – we’ll guide you through the entire process. From the first contact, through the prototype, to the finished product.

Let’s begin!

1. Get in touch with us

Write to us about the product you’re looking for. At this stage, you don’t need to have detailed specifications, but any images, sketches, or inspirations will be helpful. Please also provide the approximate quantity and expected delivery time, as well as your contact details and website address.

2. We will respond within 24 hours

One of our salespeople will get in touch with you to ask for additional information and suggest a call – either by phone or online, at a time convenient for you.

3. Conversation – Let’s get to know each other

We’ll discuss your needs and offer our solutions. The goal is to check if we are a good fit and if we can create something valuable together.

4. Clarifying details

If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll get into the specifics. This is a crucial conversation – it will determine whether we truly understand your vision. We will ask you about 30 questions regarding:

  • Dimensions,
  • Types of finishes, ribbing, pleats,
  • Raw material composition,
  • Thickness and knit structure.

It’s best if we meet online – this way, we can show you the available options live and choose the best solutions together. Don’t worry if you don’t have answers to all the questions – we’ll suggest solutions, show you samples, or give you time to decide. The conversation will last from 30 to 60 minutes.

5. Sending samples

If necessary, we’ll send you catalogs of raw materials and fabric samples so that you can see and feel them before making a decision.

6. Pricing

Based on the arrangements, we’ll prepare an initial quote for your product.

7. Prototype

If you choose to move forward, we will create a prototype for you. If the prior details were clear, it should align perfectly with your expectations. Should any modifications be necessary, we will make the required adjustments.

8. Order

Once you approve the prototype, we’ll sign the order and move to production. We’ll define the key parameters: quantity, price, delivery time, and method of delivery.

9. Realization and control

You can track the progress of the work in real-time. If you want, we can send you a semi-finished product for inspection or invite you to our headquarters to inspect the production process on-site.

As you can see, we’ll guide you through the entire process, from the initial idea to the finished product.

What’s the first step? All you need to do is write to us!
